Dupno Bulk SMS & Voice Service
Dupno Bulk SMS & Voice Service lets a business in Bangladesh send SMS and recorded voice calls to its own customer list from one account. It is used for order and delivery updates, payment and due reminders, appointment alerts, OTP and verification codes, and campaign announcements.
Masking and Non-Masking SMS
- Masking SMS — the recipient sees your brand name as the sender instead of a number. Best for branded notifications and campaigns.
- Non-Masking SMS — sent from a numeric sender ID. The lower-cost option, suited to transactional and internal alerts.
Per-SMS rate depends on the type you choose and on the size of the bundle. Both Bangla and English text are supported.
Voice Broadcast
Alongside SMS you can broadcast a pre-recorded voice message to a list of numbers — useful where the audience prefers listening to reading, or for reaching customers who do not read Bangla text on their handset.

API and integration
An HTTP API is available so your existing software — ERP, CRM, e-commerce site or custom application — can send messages directly without anyone logging in. Delivery reports and replies can be read back through the same API.
