1. Who owns the GPS devices?
All GPS tracking devices remain the sole property of Dupno International Limited. Clients are granted usage rights for the devices strictly during the rental agreement period.
2. What is the advance payment required to start the service?
Clients are generally required to pay a minimum of 12 months’ service charge in advance. This condition may be relaxed for special corporate packages.
3. How do I renew the service after the initial term?
Upon completion of the initial prepaid term, clients may continue the service by renewing with the payment of another 12-month subscription fee.
4. How many vehicles does the rental package cover?
This corporate rental package typically applies to fleets of 50 or more vehicles. Custom arrangements may be discussed based on specific requirements.
5. How can I cancel the service?
To cancel the service, clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice and settle all outstanding dues. Dupno International Limited will then retrieve the devices from the client’s premises at its own cost.
6. What is the warranty period for the devices?
Each device comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of installation. Under the rental agreement, clients do not need to worry about warranty issues—if a device fails due to non-user-caused reasons, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
7. What if a device is damaged or lost?
In case of negligence, intentional damage, accidents, or theft (within the client’s control), the client must compensate for the device. The compensation amount will be specified in the agreement and will typically be equivalent to the device’s actual cost.
8. What happens if payments are delayed?
Failure to pay the service charge on time may result in temporary suspension of the service.
9. What if there are network or GPS signal issues?
Service quality may be temporarily affected by network availability, GPS signal quality, natural disasters, or other external factors. Details are provided in the “Service Limitation” section of our Service Level Agreement.
10. Is my data safe and confidential?
Yes. All client data is kept strictly confidential and will only be used for service delivery and legal compliance purposes.
11. What legal jurisdiction applies to this service?
All activities and agreements are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
12. Will I receive a formal contract?
Yes. A detailed rental agreement will be signed by both parties before service commencement, clearly outlining all terms and conditions.
